our logo

"Our Brand identity is inspired by The strong vibrancy of the African flag colours and is brought together into a symbol that reflects harmony, cohesion, balance and flexibility. our logo makes a bright, bold and optimistic statement, signifying our forceful and international resolve to make transforming differences compelling and very possible."

Our approach

We believe that business must lead transformation.  But we further believe that people are an organisation’s single most important asset. Our approach is therefore to ensure that all transformation, employment equity, diversity and inclusions plans align to the organisation’s business and human resource strategies, that risks are managed, opportunities optimised and people mobilised with the knowledge, tools, structures and support.

our methodology

Our work begins by analysing prevailing workplace models – the majority of which rest within the human rescource arena, reviewing the landscape for change and then providing interventions and measures that are relevant, customised and based on best practices and our clients’ best interests.
